Meet Our Staff
The bilingual paralegals & staff who keep your case moving, your questions answered, and your paperwork handled — with decades of injury-law experience between them.
Marisol Castillo
After witnessing the language barrier her immigrant Mexican mother faced daily, Marisol found her motivation: serving others in her community through awareness and advocacy — especially immigrant families navigating a legal system in a language that isn't their first.
Marisol brings over 18 years of workers' compensation experience to Marker Law as a Senior Paralegal, and she is fluent in both English and Spanish. Clients frequently tell our attorneys how amazing she is — and we agree.
Outside the office, Marisol is a dedicated mother of two daughters who enjoys outdoor activities, staying active, and dancing.

Liz Ruiz
Liz has worked in injury law since 2006, with extensive experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation. Her background as both a paralegal and a medical case manager equips her to handle everything from medical care management to complex litigation support — always with respect, compassion, and understanding for what clients are going through.
Born and raised in the Chicago area, Liz is a devoted wife and mother who is active in her church choir. She enjoys singing, writing, and sports — and is an avid Chicago White Sox and Bears fan.

Dalila Andrade
Dalila is fluent in both English and Spanish, and she is often the person on the other end of the phone when a Spanish-speaking client calls Marker Law for the first time. Being able to explain an Illinois injury claim in someone's own language — what happens next, what we need from them, what the insurance company is actually asking for — is the difference between a client who feels lost and a client who feels represented.
She works alongside Marisol and Liz to keep cases moving: gathering records, staying on top of paperwork, and making sure nobody has to chase us for an answer.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Supports clients through every stage of their case
